Allie has always answered me so quickly. Even if she doesn’t know the answer. She was even on vacation and helped me when I forgot to submit my time card. She has always been friendly and nice. I have always felt like she had my back and did not feel shamed when I didn’t do something right when it comes to time cards and figuring out contracts.
Been working with Bill since July 2019, overall he has made my goal of travel nursing in Wisconsin achievable. He has helped me transition back to totalmed after taking extended time off as well as maintaining good relationships with hospitals in the area.
The travel market is undeniably tightening; it's unfortunate that everywhere you turn, there is low-balling, bait'n'switching and canceled contracts galore. As travelers, there are not many advocates for us beyond our recruiters. I am signed on to three agencies and have fielded many offers from these resources. I have been very dismayed at the lack of firm and honest negotiations with these various recruiters....except for Jake.
I have been traveling for two and a half years, and the only contracts I have taken have been with Jake. He has a thorough understanding of the inner workings of travel-contract infrastructure, and has been able to pull some miracles out of the hat for me. There have been some skinny times (summers) that he has had to firmly and honestly let me know that I needed to pull back on my "wanter" and has still landed the best contract for me, when there was very slim pickings out there. He has a phenomenal track record of dealing quickly with any and all issues that have arisen.
You will not be able to find a better advocate or champion, than Jake. Two and a half years without one complaint or unresolved issue. Oh, and I should also throw in.... we have had tons of laughs together, he's been a lot of fun and a great friend as well!
