She goes above and beyond for her customers, whether it is explaining a situation, awaiting feedback regarding a submitted position and is always putting the customer first when she has so many things going on at the same time. About Dana Thompson:

I was reassigned to Dana after years with my original recruiter and if I'm being honest, was a little skeptical. My first recruiter knew me so well and I considered her family. Well... low and behold, Dana is fantastic and I couldn't be happier. Dane is awesome! She's quick to respond to texts and reaches out often to be sure things are going well. She's on top of finding my next assignment without hesitation and knows which boxes I need checked before accepting a contract. I would recommend Dana to anyone.
