Kate's Bio

I am a Believer, a mother to a little boy and a crazy plant lady. I grew up in rural New York state and now live in Little Rock, Arkansas of all places, after living in NYC, LA and Denver. I love Lake Ouachita as it reminds me of going to the Adirondacks as a child. My friends call me reliable, empathetic and level-headed, but I was not always this way. My story is one of redemption and grace and now I have found my calling in the healthcare community. I worked in hospitality for over a decade; it is deeply engrained in me to be of service. Fun fact: I am just now learning to cook: a difficult transition from eating a gourmet meal every day I worked in a fine dining restaurant to making my own dinner!
