She’s always been supportive, responsive, honest, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right opportunities. As a travel surgical tech, having someone in your corner who understands your career goals and actually cares makes such a huge difference. She has consistently gone above and beyond for me, and I appreciate how easy she makes the process. I never feel like just another candidate or a number. Becca was so kind, quick, and exceptionally professional but also very relatable & down-to-earth. She listened to exactly what my travel partner and I wanted and within 3 or 4 days she found us the perfect contract that met all of our requests. She even advocated for us so much so that we received even more money than originally offered.
