Mary is an amazing recruiter. She goes above and beyond my expectations. I leave her messages. She promptly returns my calls, date and night. She definitely puts the extra effort in. She always gives a stellar performance . It is of my opinion that Mary sets the standard for all recruiters in my field. I have worked with Mary for two years off and on via phone calls and no matter how many times I went with a different agency, she would still reach out to see if I was looking for a new assignment. She was consistently available, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me whenever I had questions or concerns. No matter the situation, she always did everything she could to support me and make sure I had the resources I needed.
One of the things I appreciated most was her proactive communication. She checked in with me regularly, often on a weekly basis, to ensure everything was going well.
