She’s respects when I’m not looking for a contract and doesn’t constantly barrage me with texts or calls. She makes it very easy to talk to her and always makes herself available so I can get things done in a timely and efficient manner and is always transparent with what she needs from me and with answering questions.

I was a first time traveler when I met Nichole and definitely had anxiety about quitting my job to take this leap. Nichole was always a text away with support and the best advice. She walked me through the process and always made me feel like I was an important client for her!
