Upon my first phone call with Baran I felt welcomed and comfortable with trusting him to find me a great position. Baran took time to not only explain the company, but also the process and benefits. I was paired with Baran over 6 years ago when I decided to take the plunge, and finally go for a travel RN position. From the start I could tell that this was someone who truly had my best interest at heart. Baran took the time to get to know me, providing me with honest feedback, so that every assignment I took was a good fit. I left a travel company just to follow Baran into his new company (TNAA). I've been done traveling for a few years now, but every new referral I find I send to him, and would absolutely choose him again if I were to resume the travel nurse life. He's great!
