Baran makes it very apparent that he has your best interests in mind. He never seems to be bothered by changes that may inconvenience him as long as those changes yield to your desired outcome. Having a family at home, I was very specific about the type of job I was looking for and he worked hard to to help me find the best possible opportunity.
