I live just outside Louisville in Southern Indiana with my husband and our three kids (ages 16, 6, and 2). Life is always busy, joyful, and usually spent outdoors—soaking up the sun, trying new foods, or chasing little ones in the backyard. I love trying new restaurants and enjoy a great patio!

For me, recruiting is all about building genuine, lasting connections based on trust and transparency. I understand that every traveler has their own story, and I’m committed to listening to your goals and matching you with opportunities where you feel truly supported. With my husband working as an Emergency Department manager in Louisville (after starting his career as a tech), I have a personal window into the highs and challenges nurses face every day. That firsthand connection deepens my appreciation for the dedication and heart healthcare professionals bring to their work. It also drives me to be the kind of recruiter who always shows up, communicates clearly, and helps travelers feel heard and valued.

When I carve out a little time for myself, you’ll usually find me on my Peloton or lost in a good book. I am a workout junkie as it helps me clear my mind.

Laura has been great! She is the prime example of what it means to go above and beyond for her nurses. With another agency I had to wait “business hours” for any response or communication. Aka no weekends, 9-5 (eastern time zone only) which made communication very difficult as I work such abnormal hours being in healthcare. Laura understands this and works within my schedule and acknowledges understanding that RNs lives can be hectic and respects that with such grace. Thank you Laura!

About Laura Freiberger:

Laura is absolutely wonderful, made everything easy and worry free. As a first time travel nurse and taking a fair amount of time off I was nervous to get back in the game especially to travel and she was so kind and patient and with me every step. It was nice to be able to talk to someone over the phone not just messaging through an app or emails. I wouldn't have made the jump to do it without her in my corner and I'm so thankful for her.

About Laura Freiberger:

This is my second contract with Laura and she's been great. I'm very lax and flexible with taking on new contracts and Laura understood that. I never felt pressured to take on another contract right away. I was able to take assignments per my timeline. She also reached out to check in on me during my time off just to be on the same page but it never felt overly done or bothersome. I feel very lucky to be matched with her as my recruiter with TNAA.
