I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Allie! Throughout my entire journey as a travel nurse, she has been nothing short of incredible. From day one, she has gone above and beyond to support me, advocate for me, and make sure I find assignments that align with exactly what I’m looking for. She makes what can sometimes be an overwhelming and stressful process feel like an absolute breeze.
Not only is Allie phenomenal at what she does, but she is genuinely one of the sweetest, most caring people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. She takes the time to listen, understands what matters to me, and never makes me feel like I’m just another traveler or a number on her list. Her kindness, patience, communication, and dedication truly set her apart.
Travel nursing comes with so many uncertainties, but having someone like Allie in my corner has made all the difference. Knowing I have someone who genuinely wants the best for me, both professionally and personally, means more than she probably realizes.

Although I ultimately did not take the contract due to a logistically better option, I really enjoyed speaking with Reatha and felt like she really understood what I was looking for. I did not feel pressured to commit to anything, nor did I feel like a pathway for her to hit some kind of goal or quota. She was respectful, engaged, and truly a joy to speak with. I would absolutely connect with her again for future opportunities.
She was very upfront & straight forward! Communicated daily, was able to answer all of my questions and find out the answers if she didn’t have them right away! She’s the best recruiter I’ve worked with!
