About Aaron Heiliger:

Aaron is very personable and friendly. His communications are relaxed and comforting not stiff or formal which I value greatly. Also he is very expedient with responses. About Nichole Baldwin:

I really appreciate that Nichole will answer my questions timely and is willing to return my calls even after hours. She is supportive prior and during my assignment. The one thing I would like improvement on and I think will get better with time (this is only my first assignment) is that we had to establish the type of assignments I am interested in. She did awesome with submitting me to multiple places as soon as I asked, however some were either not the shift I wanted which cannot always be prevented or not the unit that I really enjoy. I do feel supported and that she looks out for me, she helped me negotiate the terms of my current assignment :)
