He worked with me tirelessly over the span of about a year to get the best contract. He checked in from time to time just to make sure I was ok and have a conversation. Just a great all around person who has my back and that is why I extended my contract.

Tyler was always very supportive of what city I wanted to travel to and worked extremely hard to find contracts in the area. He is very easy to talk to and always made himself available if I had any questions or concerns. When the pandemic happened and I unfortunately lost my contract, Tyler was the only recruiter (I had reached out to a couple of different agencies) who worked hard to find me another one and genuinely cared about helping me. If I ever go back to travel nursing Tyler will be the first person I contact, along with refer friends to!
Dusty is amazingly gentle with his touch. He eases clients into the right position and makes sure it is a perfect fit so it is as painless as possible. Dusty takes care to ensure everyone is happy in the end. Dusty is not just in it for the money.
Tyler has been very thorough in meeting ny needs. Even when he is pretty sure he wont be able to do something he's up front but tries anyway. Of all the recruiters I've worked with at various companies I feel that Tyler looks out for me to the best of his abilities.

I cannot say enough great things about Rachel. She is an absolute gem of human being. I got introduced to Rachel from a friend who had done some travel nursing in the past with TotalMed and Rachel was her recruiter and she had nothing but wonderful things and such a positive experience. If that didn't put my mind at ease, just a few minutes into my conversation with Rachel did the trick. I could immediately tell she had my best interests in mind and I felt like she truly listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. As a first time traveler, I was not sure how everything worked, but Rachel was always there via text, email, phone. Even if I didn't need anything she would check in on me to see how things were going and to offer support and encouragement. I truly felt like I could be honest with her and vice versa, she was always honest with me. It is hard being away from family and friends and being on the front lines during this pandemic, but I truly feel as if Rachel has been my friend through this all. She is kind, funny, and intelligent. She knows an incredible amount about this business and is quick to answer any questions. I most appreciate her honesty and transparency of the inner workings of travel nursing and contracts. I am eternally grateful for her guidance and support throughout this entire process.
