Communicated very well, and when asked a question and she wasn’t for sure at that moment, she would find out and communicate back with you in a timely manner. I’m definitely going to refer other colleagues to her for sure.
Deana is great! A real pleasure to work with. She worked hard to negotiate our contract on our behalf and was always available to talk and answer questions in a timely fashion. I have had several recruiters over the years, Deana has been the most available and hard working that I have had so far.
I was transferred under Deana’s team for the reason that my first recuiter decided to spread his wings more out of the agency, but I felt like it was also blessing in disguise, for me. Deana is articulate and knows her scope as a recruiter. At first, I thought that I will not be able to get any contract after the last facility that I worked. I am in the middle of ending my contract and packing and leaving the state to go home. It was an agonizing week for me not knowing if I will be able to get a security of having a job. Not only I got the position in the new facility, it was my only option and place that I wanted to be working for now. It’s been a week since I started working with her, however, I felt that she will go out and beyond to help me with my future endeavors.
