Rachel has been absolutely amazing ! Anytime I have a question or concern she is always willing to answer them or help me. She gets back to me in a timely manner and is always super nice and friendly ! It has been a pleasure working with her!
Ryan is great he usually responds in a timely manner. The timecard process has been the only thing that hasn't gone as smoothly as expected but it seems to be some sort of technical issue.
This has been the worst preparation for an assignment I have EVER had. The compliance department was an absolute mess, I had to request things from them that I knew needed to be done, I would not be replied to, then I would finally receive information with the follow up that it was due IMMEDIATELY or within the next day. Many things were missing from the company that attributed to my assignment being pushed back 2 weeks. I have been asked for things that I have already sent over multiple times by multiple different people. At times I was told the employees of Total Med could not access their own website to see things I uploaded. I still have not received anything in regards to my time card. I got an email from HR today that I swore was a scam, it did not have any signature, had spelling errors that seemed wrong, and overall I feel like I have had to fill out more paperwork than I ever had in the past. While being contacted by multiple employees, I haven't heard from my recruiter at all the first week. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I do think many of these things were not the fault of my recruiter, but do feel like he has been out of the loop in terms of things that need to be done and keeping up communication.
Tyler was very helpful and answered all of my questions. There were a lot since this was my first travel assignment but he made sure I understood every step of the process so far.
