About Baran Pal:

Baran has been with me through several assignments and several states over the past few years. I can not imagine traveling without an awesome recruiter to help navigate all the known, and unknown, challenges that we have experienced. He checks in on me and closely works with his team to ensure my success at each assignment. I have always felt supported by Baran. About Amanda McCartney:

Amanda has been on top of the NICU jobs in Florida and even when NICU was slow due to Covid she called or sent me an email every week letting me know she was still looking. I'm starting my second assignment and so glad I've had her with me every step of the way, I look forward to traveling with her for a long time. I think there is nobody better as a TNAA recruiter and friend. She's fabulous.
