I am a first time traveler and right off the bat Baran was super helpful in preparing me for the travel process. I definitely had many questions and if Baran wasn’t available, Gina his partner was on board as well to follow-up with any additional concerns. About Baran Pal:

Baran was amazing. He was super supportive, attentive and overall a nice guy. The only issues I ever had was we sometimes played phone tag being on different time zones. I don’t travel anymore but when I have friends who are interested I always recommend Baran.

About Baran Pal:

Baran is a true professional. He was attentive to my needs, finding me the right positions in areas I wanted to work in. Helped me to negotiate wages and compensation for hours as my particular position, isn't that well known in the healthcare industry.(Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant) If I had isssues with payroll he was only a phone call away and easily helped rectify the issue. He is a valuable resource directing me to the right departments, checking up with me consistently to make sure the assignment was a good fit, my housing was what I needed, and just genuinely interested in how I was and what he could look for if I chose to move on to another assignment. I would highly recommend Baran to my fellow co-workers who may be interested in a traveling career.

About Baran Pal:

I appreciate that Baran is very responsive. I also like that he has an assistant which is very helpful because I know that there are a lot of travel nurses right now and it can sometimes be difficult to for recruiters to meet all of their traveler's needs.
