About Baran Pal:

Just got hired for my first assignment with Baran as my recruiter and so far I am very pleased. Baran has kept me updated every step of the way and found me an assignment that met my needs in the area I requested. I expecially like that Baran called me to talk about what I was looking for and called to discuss my contract with me. Brian advised well. Brian educated me that the hospital offering the opportunity to prove my metal and worth offered both 3 days a week and 4 days a week, Brian's experience guided me to take the three and do a 4th on my timeline, Indicated that his experience has shown that 4 a week burns people out by week 13, advise taken to heart.
