About Ron Crum:

Ron has been very professional from the start. He listened to what I was looking for, which is something my last recruiter did not bother to do. He only sent me suggestions which fit the criteria of which I gave him? Therefore, not wasting his time or mine. He has been in touch with me through the whole process and has been available anytime I needed day or night. Any questions or concerns that I had, he was very prompt in a reply and getting me an answer. I've been working in this field for 18 years and travel for 6 years Ron's professionalism and attention to detail is the sole reason that I am going with TNAA.

About Ron Crum:

I have been a bit picky with the jobs I want to take. I also want to work CT despite not being CT certified. Ron has been instrumental in securing my current job by personally doing extra work and communicating with people to ensure my needs were met. He checked in frequently and let me know each week where things stood. Every job presented was exactly what I wanted or if it was close he would contact me and talk about it to see if it was still a good fit. The amount of care shown makes it unlikely I'd ever want to work with anyone else. By far the best experience I've had trying to find work.
