Ron has been very professional from the start. He listened to what I was looking for, which is something my last recruiter did not bother to do. He only sent me suggestions which fit the criteria of which I gave him? Therefore, not wasting his time or mine. He has been in touch with me through the whole process and has been available anytime I needed day or night.
