Spencer has been great from the initial time I applied to TNAA. I told him I was nervous about travel nursing and he took the time to explain everything about it until I felt like I had a great understanding about what it would be like. He never made me feel rushed while explaining things any time we talked on the phone. I told him what my goals were when picking a contract and he went above and beyond to make sure he found jobs that aligned with what I was looking for and matched my experience level. To be honest I thought I was going to have to wait 3 months to get a contract because everyone said I needed a little more experience or I needed to have experience in a different charting system than the one I’m used to. No matter how many times I was overlooked, Spencer never gave up and kept tirelessly looking for more jobs for me. He was able to get me on a great first contract that not only had great pay for a first contract but I would also receive training in the other charting system and would build my resume so that I could get better opportunities for my next contract. Spencer has been amazing and he is the reason I chose to start my travel nursing career with TNAA. I look forward to working with him on this journey.
Working with Spencer was amazing!! He is so responsive to any and all questions, complaints, and/or concerns with the utmost patience and respect. I never felt left out in the cold and didn’t have someone to turn to for help and guidance. He literally was my lifeline!
I think Bethany is an amazing person. She listens to my needs, finds me exactly what I need ! She’s always positive and responds to all my crazy text messages and takes care of any issue I’ve had with pay etc right away.
