As a first time traveler I was initially nervous about the whole process. Jonathon alleviated any and all fears I had throughout the entire process. Stating he worked with me in a timely manner is a complete understatement. I honestly felt like he was working with me one on one. He knows who I am and what my goals/aspirations are.
