He is also transparent, which I find important in this industry. He periodically checks up on me and is always a text or phone call away. We have great rapport, which has kept me loyal to TNAA. It's easy to jump ship when there are so many companies out there, but Brett sticks up for me and I appreciate all he does. Great recruiter, and even greater human.
