Amanda is super nice. Would be great for someone that needs their hand held and a lot of support. Is like a cheerleader and does a rah/rah weekly. Too personal for my preferance. If someone needs another friend, she's the one. Keeps clients informed of openings and quickly gives info on postings. Submits requests and follows up.
Kept her in the loop when having interaction with other depts. Once she was aware of concerns, she looked into them to assist.
