Jayme has been my recruiter since my first traveling experience 6/2021. I have had TNAA as my first and only agency, even after dealing with many other agencies, I've chosen TNAA and most of all Jayme as my #1 contact. I've been traveling for 2 yrs now from Colorado. Jayme and I got to know each other over the phone, she listens to what my interests are, my requirements and finds me contracts within a few days. I am always in a different timezone from TNAA, so listening to my wants and needs Jayme submits me immediately when she sees openings, as I don't always see them first. She immediately notifies me of any submissions and gives me the chance to approve or disapprove them. The ultimate decision is of course up to me, but at least she has me submitted before I even see them. I absolutely love that, as we've all experienced the East Coast sees the jobs before the West Coast timezone. I have Never been without a contract from one job to another. (unlike other travel RNs in the same job as me. Some have had to extend at places they don't like, or have had to taken Per Diem jobs in their home state until they get another contract.) I have been so incredibly blessed with Jamye. She's on top of it. I've Never been without a future contract to go to! Love her to pieces!
