Mackenzie is truly a ray of bright sunshine! She has an amazing personality and strong work ethic. I've been working with Mackenzie for over a year now and feel very fortunate to have her as my voice and experienced guide throughout my travel assignments. Whenever I have a question, she either has an answer or quickly finds someone who does. Without her continuous support and insight, I wouldn't feel nearly as comfortable, especially when uprooting my life and moving halfway across the country.
