About Taylor Johnson:

Taylor and I started discussing potential assignments while I was experiencing a rocky extension process for the current assignment I am in. The pay structure changes being offered to me for extending with this facility were unfair. Taylor, not only got to work searching for available assignments for me just in case this fell apart, but she also checked in on me frequently and gave me advice on what a fair and common pay adjustment should look like. Even though I did not apply for a new assignment with Taylor, she definitely helped me advocate for myself.
