About Nick Garcia:

Nick has been my recruiter for the past 5years and 3/4 months, since I’ve been training with TNAA. From the very start helping guide me with the transition to travel nursing, applying for the license and landing the first travel assignment, to always being there to guide me along the way. We’ve had a few bumps in the road but he has always been quick to figure out a solution and I’ve never gone long without a new assignment lined up, unless I purposefully took time off. I have experienced many opportunities, enhanced my nursing skills, explored many new places and met many, many new friends along the way, I always say I have plenty of places to go back and visit now. Nick has been with me each step of the way, he’s been a counselor when I felt discouraged, a motivator, at times negotiating better pay, can’t say enough how much I appreciate him. I’m so glad he became my recruiter but also I can now say I feel he is a friend.
