About Stephanie Short:

* Ease of communication- Stephanie Short is very accessible. Provides real feedback on the travel roles that are open. * Seems to always have her phone on. The worst feeling is when you want to visit and strategize about a particularly hard to fill role but cannot reach the account manager because you always go to VM. That is never the case here. She is very accessible and the conversations are productive and in my opinion very transparent. She presents as very dedicated and supportive to the account. * TNAA Team- I also am not sure what goes into choosing someone to work an Account Managers inbox when they are off at TNAA. That is another HUGE positive. On my end, sometimes I have lost offers and communication once the Account Manager goes out. Or the submissions suffer greatly (not qualified or no submissions) . That is not the case with my experience with this account and Stephanie when she is out of office. Actually the opposite. I have had Many offers start once she is out of office and her back ups just jump right in and do an amazing job ( Jessica Morris & Aliania Ebrahimegad).
