I have personally traveled for some time now, moving from one travel agency to the next and trying to find a good fit for my needs. TNAA is actually the only company I have accepted and extended multiple contracts. My loyalty to one agency is not achieved through anything done by the agency themselves, this loyalty is predicated solely on the success of the recruiter the agency places you with. Amanda has been nothing but successful when it comes to how she meets the needs of my travel partner and I. She guides every step of the way and takes as much of the burden off of us as she possibly can. While other recruiter I have has appear to not put forth much effort, Amanda some how seems to alway get the jobs, rates and locations I have asked for. She is punctual in her responses and communicates extremely well even when time are difficult in her own life. I, speaking with experience, strongly recommend Amanda to any nurse seeking job placement.
Russell was very helpful during my first travel assignment. He was very through with explaining things, he responded very promptly and worked closely with me in my hiring period.
I really appreciate that Nichole will answer my questions timely and is willing to return my calls even after hours. She is supportive prior and during my assignment. The one thing I would like improvement on and I think will get better with time (this is only my first assignment) is that we had to establish the type of assignments I am interested in. She did awesome with submitting me to multiple places as soon as I asked, however some were either not the shift I wanted which cannot always be prevented or not the unit that I really enjoy. I do feel supported and that she looks out for me, she helped me negotiate the terms of my current assignment :)
