She was very patient with my many questions as a newer traveler, and was diligent with trying to suit me with my perfect job. When that job finally came up and almost slipped away due to a communication error, Melinda advocated for me and made sure I had a fair interview. Melinda is such a treat to work with. She’s kind and understanding, but tells it to you straight. I wasn’t even working with the company yet and she was still checking up on me. When I was looking for a job in IL she really advocated for my needs, especially when certain offers were changed last minute. I really appreciate all the work she puts in to make sure I’m happy with my assignment. This will be my first assignment with TNAA and I look forward to many more.
