Angie really stood out for her “Persistence” and allowing “Negotiations” in the process. These are really key items in this competitive market. I’d like to recommend TNAA allow more of this with their recruiters to seal more deals with nurses. There’s no hidden secrets to pricing and margins in this market. With opportunities available and allowing negotiations, you’ll retain more nurses and allow for bigger growth as an organization.
