About Mary McNiel:

Mary M sort of adopted me when transitioning from RNNETWORK about year and a half ago. We began by meeting via phone, then discussing preferences and any difference from RNN that may occur. She was more then patient with me when i chose not to submit to more readily available contracts. When i did choose? Girl/Recruiter on fire! No time was wasted from submit to hire. I had to metaphorically run to keep up. She listens. She offers guidance when I am on a fence about an issue. She is a credit to her profession. Sandra Bond RN

I have been working with TNAA for 4 years now. I have been so grateful to have Mary as my recruiter. She is extremely dependable, timely, and transparent. She keeps close tabs on places of interest and checks in on her travelers regularly. She always knows who to contact for questions and follows up in a prompt manner. Travel nursing can be exhausting and fast paced at times- I am especially grateful to have someone like Mary looking out for me in those moments and throughout the entire process.

About Mary McNiel:

She only sent me referrals to places that she knew I would want to go, and for the timeframe I was looking at. She negotiated with the hospital to get me an earlier start date, but time off I needed, TJ’s worked to my benefit. She was as awesome.
