About Nichole Baldwin:

I have worked with 3 different recruiters from 3 different companies and Nichole was the only one to check on me when she knew I had been sick. She was also the most helpful when looking for jobs and was the one that got me a job first even though I was working with the other 2 first. I’m glad Brandi referred her to me and I plan on staying with Nichole for a long time.

About Nichole Baldwin:

My first encounter with Nicole was the end of last year. I was already in the process of committing to another agency. At that time I had a long discussion about my new journey into travel nursing. She actually gave up her time and educated me on what I can expect with this entity of healthcare. I was able to complete that particular contract but because of the time and advice I received from Nicole, I made the decision to move to TNAA. My contract starts April 4, 2022. I have had no regrets with the decision. Nicole has been in constant contact with me, helping me along the process. She has been timely, professional and a pure pleasure to talk with.

I originally was looking with another company before talking to Nichole, they took a long time to respond and even longer to hear back about any offers. Nichole was always quick to respond. I got an offer 3 hours after asking her to apply! And the job just a few minutes after that. I couldn't ask for someone who seems to understand what I need and what is important to me. I have already referred another coworker to her to try and travel and will be suggesting her to anyone I know that is interested
