Nichole Baldwin

Nichole is awesome! First thing that comes to mind is that I really trusted her to have my best interests in mind and provide transparent information. If I travel again I'd certainly try to travel with her!

Nicole was there for me in ups and downs.. traveling market has gotten to be a very competitive market and she always tried hard to find a position for me but unfortunately it didn’t always happen and I had to go other avenues.. She was always kind and hard working to do her best…

I really appreciate that Nichole will answer my questions timely and is willing to return my calls even after hours. She is supportive prior and during my assignment. The one thing I would like improvement on and I think will get better with time (this is only my first assignment) is that we had to establish the type of assignments I am interested in. She did awesome with submitting me to multiple places as soon as I asked, however some were either not the shift I wanted which cannot always be prevented or not the unit that I really enjoy. I do feel supported and that she looks out for me, she helped me negotiate the terms of my current assignment :)

Nicole was timely and efficient immediately submitted me for assignments updated me daily to new opportunities and was respectful of my night shift hours
