About Amanda McCartney:

I am traveling for the first time and did some research but really didn’t know the whole process. I started with 4 different companies. Amanda was the only recruiter that followed up with me frequently. When I received an offer from two other companies first, I felt like I was betraying her but wanted to work ASAP. Well fate had it that those contracts weren’t sent to me on a timely basis. Amanda secured me an awesome first assignment! So far everything is going as planned. Thank you Amanda and TNAA for taking a chance on me.

About Amanda McCartney:

I have personally traveled for some time now, moving from one travel agency to the next and trying to find a good fit for my needs. TNAA is actually the only company I have accepted and extended multiple contracts. My loyalty to one agency is not achieved through anything done by the agency themselves, this loyalty is predicated solely on the success of the recruiter the agency places you with. Amanda has been nothing but successful when it comes to how she meets the needs of my travel partner and I. She guides every step of the way and takes as much of the burden off of us as she possibly can. While other recruiter I have has appear to not put forth much effort, Amanda some how seems to alway get the jobs, rates and locations I have asked for. She is punctual in her responses and communicates extremely well even when time are difficult in her own life. I, speaking with experience, strongly recommend Amanda to any nurse seeking job placement.

Amanda is super nice. Would be great for someone that needs their hand held and a lot of support. Is like a cheerleader and does a rah/rah weekly. Too personal for my preferance. If someone needs another friend, she's the one. Keeps clients informed of openings and quickly gives info on postings. Submits requests and follows up. Kept her in the loop when having interaction with other depts. Once she was aware of concerns, she looked into them to assist.
