About Mike Lupia:

Mike is an awesome recruiter. He highly considers your own personal working schedule and try to accommodate you with that. He’s not pushy when it comes to certain things. He knows how to set boundaries and limitations. I can definitely say that he does a lot more than any other recruiter that I know, where other recruiters will tell you to do it yourself. I didn’t realized that until I switched to different agency with a new recruiter.

He is a great communicator, especially in explaining the process of becoming a traveler to an inexperience or first time traveler. He provides document in a timely manner.
