Mike was able to get me a contract that works for me.He explained the hiring process in great detail that was easy to understand.He, also explained TNAA benefits and followed up on how was doing with the assigned assessments and lab work.

Mike always respond with a text or call when he has information to update me. He is a great communicator, especially in explaining the process of becoming a traveler to an inexperience or first time traveler. He provides document in a timely manner. He ensures I follow through on working on paperwork needed immediately. He remind with text message or call to prevent late submission. I appreciate his patience and professional approach in making it effortless for me as a first time traveler.

He always quickly replied and made sure that I was in the loop regarding all jobs that we were submitting for and had already interviewed for and were waiting to hear back from.
