I so appreciate Michael’s veteran expertise in the industry. From the beginning, I felt his advice and guidance in securing my first RNCM position was in my best interest. He wanted to make certain the placement would create my personal and professional success. His advocacy made all the difference. First assignments are the most difficult. When I would least expect it and most need it, a text or call of support and encouragement would arrive. He made me feel like I was his only priority in the moment. About Mike Lupia:

Mike is an awesome recruiter. He highly considers your own personal working schedule and try to accommodate you with that. He’s not pushy when it comes to certain things. He knows how to set boundaries and limitations. I can definitely say that he does a lot more than any other recruiter that I know, where other recruiters will tell you to do it yourself. I didn’t realized that until I switched to different agency with a new recruiter.
