Braden is amazing. I was a travel nurse for 2 years and had him exclusively as my recruiter the whole time. He guided me through the whole process so easily for my first contract and never hesitated answering any questions. He always treats his nurses with such respect and goes above and beyond for us. He truly cares about his nurses, we’re not “just a contract or paycheck” for him. I could not say enough good things about him!

I have been traveling with Braden since my first travel assignment. He helped me navigate the new and unfamiliar world of traveling. He’s an incredibly hands-on as a recruiter by frequently checking in, sending little gifts and words of encouragement. He has always advocated for me by ensuring I have the most competitive pay rates, safe staffing and my overall rights as a traveler. Braden is also incredibly transparent which was such a valuable and rare quality in a recruiter, and I felt that he always had my best interests at heart. I would and have recommended Braden to many of my colleagues and will continue to do so.

About Braden Boex:

I am a NICU nurse and Braden has been my one, and only, recruiter. For the past 5 years, he has gone above and beyond his job duties to make me feel heard and appreciated. He is always honest with me about next steps and good/bad opportunities. He is more than a recruiter, he is a friend, and I don’t think there is anymore that a travel nurse could ask for.
