Braden is the best recruiter I've had since starting my travel nursing journey. He makes communication easy and the transition into traveling was seamless. My concerns during contracts are acknowledged and acted upon. It's like working with a friend. He's basically my first call for all things.

Working with Braden is as easy as 1, 2, 3. 1. Talk to Braden, he seriously can relate to anyone. He has the gift of Gab, communication is one of his greatest tools. Not only does he love to chat but he actually listens and remembers details. 2. Be prepared for a quick response. Braden is available almost anytime. Being a night shift nurse I would often text him around midnight and get a response within a few hours. I am not sure when he sleeps but it must be with one eye open looking at his emails and texts. 3. Go the extra mile...and then some. Braden has no problem doing what he can for those working with him. When my dad died from COVID Braden flew out to attend his celebration of life. He had never met my dad but was willing to be there for my family while we were on the road away from our home. He made sure I was able to get the time off I needed for grieving and was there for me when I needed support most.

Braden is the most amazing recruiter I've had so far in this industry. He has always gone well above and beyond for me. I was devastated when he left his previous company. I am so excited to hear he is back in the game.

Braden is a phenomenal recruiter. I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know him over my 5 year travel nursing career. I worked directly with Braden as my recruiter for over a year. I met Braden while asking for a new senior recruiter while on an assignment with a different company. I love how transparent he was and most importantly how easily reachable he was. I honestly left that company when he left, bc once you have a recruiter you actually can rely on, you don’t want another. I’m actually willing to take a pay cut bc I know that you I have someone who will go to bat for you. I’d 1,000 percent refer him.

Braden always responses to messages quickly, looks out for the best contracts and always checks in throughout the contract. After working with a different travel agency/recruiter I almost stopped traveling until i started working with Braden, he totally changed my experience!

He is always easy to reach. His knowledge about hospital reputations and expectations is valuable in placing nurses in potential jobs. He cares about the safety of each person that he works.
