Felicia is great, she is on top of things and checks in a reasonable amount. Other recruiters have harassed me or disappeared, but Felicia reaches out to me the perfect amount. She is a step ahead which is what you want in a recruiter.

Felicia was extremely efficient and worked well to communicate with me. A thing I always did not like about recruiters is they tend to be very fake, but Felicia does not feel that way at all. She connected with me and got straight to work laying out my options to get back into travel nursing. I liked that much better than some of the recruiters who want to make a bunch of promises and bs their way through the hire. I felt she was timely in all responses and helped me with anything I needed.

Felicia went above and beyond to communicate with me given the tight timeline I was working with. My previous contract was ending and I needed to find something soon within New Hampshire and within a certain distance to my housing that I had for the previous contract and she not only came through but did it during the holiday season. Even if it was late in the day she still made sure she got back to me or called me which was super helpful!
