My experience with Michelle is (was) as good as it gets. It is (was) almost as if she knew my questions or concerns before I could even ask. She is available and responsive to my txt/calls. I would love for my travel friends to reach out to her, she won’t let you down!
Michele was very supportive and helpful throughout the journey of hiring and signing my very first travel assignment. She provided valuable professional opinions and spent time with me in reviewing different agreements. She offered help and support after the initial phase of hiring, as well.
I've had many conversations with recruiters; Michele is the most human of them all. Because of that I chose to sign with her for a little less cash than with my other agency without even bothering to ask for a match. I had a good recruiter there, but I am so glad I get to work with Michele because she is priceless (Dear Michele's manager, please consider that when her salary/ bonus review comes up). She didn't only get to know me but shared a little about herself too. This made our getting to know each other to grow a symbiotic working relationship more efficient. She checked in with me as I drove through snowstorms to get to my assignment. She kept checking in on me when I made it, but my start date was delayed. She listened to my complaints when I needed moral support. She is as caring as a nurse that goes above and beyond. For example, making sure I'm compliant with time sheets even when she's having a sick day. If you are looking for a recruiter that's caring, she is it!
Michele is a great recruiter! First of all, she listens to your words and tries to understand your concerns, requests, or requirements. Secondary to the listening, she does her best in matching those request/requirements with the available assignments. I always felt comfortable talking to her about many aspects of assignments/contracts, as well as personal aspects related to travel nursing. This is the third great point about her: she makes it easy for you to share. Furthermore, I think she tries to know you as a "person" first, then tries to match you as a professional "nurse" with the available assignments.
At last, she always is professional. It's been 8 month that I have started with TNAA and I have been in touch with her more than other great people in TNAA. I have never noticed an unprofessional approach to any topic/issue from her. I definitely recommend her as a recruiter.
