Michelle is an absolute joy to work with.She responds quickly to any concerns or questions. Checks in often to say hi and make sure things are going great. She collaborates really well with the rest of the team at TNAA also when needed.. Makes connections and sees things through. Does an overall excellent job in a very understanding and pleasant way. Great to know someone like Michelle is there for you as you travel away on a new assinment. Thank you Michelle!

Rates industry wide have dropped, but other agencies still have higher rates. One could argue it’s the benefits of TNAA overall that have a premium cost. I haven’t found any benefits of TNAA to be better than other agencies, except for Michelle. She makes me want to stick it out to work with her. She’s compassionate, thorough, supportive, and a good advocate… one could argue that she’s been spending too much time with awesome nurses and they rubbed off on her. That’s an employee TNAA should want to go above and beyond to keep around. Except maybe make sure she takes a well deserved vacation.
