Meghan has been exceptional to work with. She's always prompt, and has been a straight shooter through positive and negative disclosures alike. Not all recruiters truly feel like an advocate for applicants, and I didn't feel like I had to negotiate against a recruiter, and she is there to sell your case to the client. Furthermore, her interview prep is exceptional, in capturing points to focus on w/ the client, and to feel comfortable going into the interview having prepared for the right questions. Would absolutely recommend Meghan to anyone in my network, and would be happy to work with her in the future.
