something I really like about Carlie is her clear communication. She is always clear on when to expect a return call or a follow up to my question, and she follows through, she also still follows up and checks in on me even after I was hired, Carlie always warm while also being firm and assertive when needed. Carlie took the time to understand my needs when we first met was sensitive to the fact that I had just gotten laid off was great at helping me set expectation of the Job market at that time and was quick to find me an opportunity that was a great fit for me.
