I had a very positive experience with Sitara. She explained the position with great clarity and asked both direct and indirect questions to ensure that I was truly aligned with the role, and that it was also a good fit for the company. She reviewed my résumé thoroughly, highlighting both my strengths and areas for improvement, and asked thoughtful follow-up questions based on that. About Sitara Ramessar:

My phone interview experience with Sitara was very positive and well-structured. She started by clearly explaining the role and the expectations, which helped set the tone for the conversation. Her questions were relevant and focused on both my experience and how I would handle real work situations. I appreciated how she actively listened and allowed me the time to explain my answers without interruption. She was professional, approachable, and made the conversation feel comfortable rather than stressful. Sitara also provided helpful insights about the company and the team, which gave me a better understanding of the work environment. She was transparent about the next steps in the process and encouraged me to ask questions. Overall, the interaction was smooth, respectful, and informative, and it left a strong positive impression of both her and the organization.

About Amy Orndorff:

Amy restored my confidence in working with a recruiter. She was transparent, efficient, and focused on the job at hand without overlooking the human touch to the candidate. She kept me well informed about the job and the process. Amy is the only recruiter (I ever worked with)who took the time and interest to send preparatory notes prior to the interview with the hiring manager. Thank you for everything I experienced in the interaction with Amy.
