About William Payton:

William was able to concentrate on fit with my education, experience, and skills. He listened well when I gave examples of how I had first-hand experience but also listened where I didn’t but had the transferable skills and ability to learn quickly. We still have to see if the opportunity works out, but all in all, a good experience.
