William was the first of three recruiters (two from other recruiting firms) to reach out about a position for which I would be a great match, so he is quick. I was comfortable telling the other recruiters that I was was already working with one because I felt confident he was the right person to recommend me to the client. He immediately set up a call to discuss the job specs and he was extremely knowledgeable about the role and interested in my feedback. He established next steps and what I can expect and even if the client does not select my resume, he will close the loop so I am not left wondering what the outcome was. That is so rare and so appreciated with recruiters. I would HIGHLY recommend William and I am keeping my fingers crossed for an interview.
