I have not heard from Barry since he submitted my resume to the employer. It would be great if he makes contact with me 3-4 days after submitting just to give an update. Other than that, Barry was super nice and knowledgable on the phone. Great customer service.

The second was rejected as 'Not Qualified' and the third is in progress. I can't force the client to make an offer or provide updates, but I could use an aggressive advocate to stay in contention.
