Hourly pay range $ 24.50-26.50 Job Responsibilities                                               Your specific duties as a Associate Project Manager will include:    
  • The Associate Project Manager role is responsible for providing support for multiple project managers.
  • This role will be responsible for managing project capital pass through budgets requiring minimal guidance and procedures of the PM Principles and verifying all financials are completed according to the underlying customer contract and agreed-upon timelines while complying with comapny code of conduct, policies, and procedures.
  • Understand customer contracts, scope of work, goals, and project/financial timelines
  • Interface with customer contact and attend customer deployment meetings as a subject matter expert (SME) for the company
  • Ensure company and customer systems are maintained with accurate and reportable data
  • Report on financial status against commitments and keeping all stakeholders informed
  • Resolve conflicts and drive issue resolution with all stakeholders
  • Manage risk, actions, issues, dependencies, scope creep and other work order changes according to contractual practices
  • Escalate issues through internal lines of business
  • Customer Focused - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Plans & Aligns - Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals

  • Minimum of three (3) + years of project management experience
  • Experience managing project budgets or related financial experience

  • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of organization, including senior leader
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
  • Customer-facing project management experience preferred

  • Team Center ex: Reviewing module 2D/3D CAD and approving drawings.
  • Work with Mechanical Engineer on packaging location in vehicle.
  • Jira ex: Reporting Hardware issues and following up on reported bugs.
  • Using JIRA for creating epics, requirements and others.
  • AIM ex: Monitoring AIMs issues reported against the infotainment module and updating it with 8D/5D as needed.
  • PPAP processes ex: work with suppliers on building released end items parts and ensuring they are fully PPAP'd for Plant introduction
  • CAD reviewing packaging guidelines for module and working on DPA checks, Mechanical engineer and program team to meet CAD requirements.
  • AVBOM - replaced by FEDEBOM, release production and prototype parts for respective programs
  • APQP plan and monitor GPDS milestones ensuring deliverables are tracked and met with evidence.
  • WERS work with WERS analyst on releasing correct part numbers for respective program through concerns, reviewing tree charts and buildability reports as well as creating alerts for HW changes trials and SREA implementations.

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Product Photographer to capture high-quality images of automotive parts in accordance with the PIES (Product Information Exchange Standard) Image Guidelines.
  • The photographer will play a key role in ensuring our digital catalogs, eCommerce platforms, and marketing materials feature accurate, professional, and standardized product images that meet industry requirements.
  • Photograph a wide range of automotive parts in a controlled studio environment.
  • Ensure all images comply with PIES image requirements (e.g., angle, background, size, resolution, file naming).
  • Set up and maintain proper studio lighting, backgrounds, and equipment to achieve consistent results.
  • Retouch, edit, and optimize images for clarity, color accuracy, and compliance with digital specifications.
