Initial contact with Recruiter Heather McRae indicated how professional she is. She clearly explained how their recruitment process goes when trying to secure interviews for applicants. She immediately followed up with me within 24 hours after submitting my resume to an employer to keep me informed. And follow ups are so important to those of us waiting with great anticipation on each next step and hopefully securing a good position. I'd highly recommend candidates to apply with this company if all of the Recruiters have the same follow through as Heather.
