Very friendly and pleasurable to speak with. I found Heather to be very knowledgeable about the position she was presenting. Very informative about the client and potential offerings. These days I find many recruiting companies are outsourcing for recruiters that can barely speak broken English. If I cannot understand what they are saying, I will not waste my time speaking with them. Thankfully, Heather does not have that problem. I will always answer Heather's calls.
